Position Summary:
The Counter Service Cashier is the first and last impression of our restaurant. This role is responsible for taking customer orders, handling payments, and providing friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet every guest with a positive attitude
Take accurate food and drink orders
Operate the POS system and handle cash/card payments
Answer basic menu questions and make recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
Assist with bagging orders and ensuring accuracy
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff
Help restock front-of-house items as needed
