Position Summary:
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food quickly and consistently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining food standards, cleanliness, and teamwork during every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Maintain proper portion control and presentation
Set up and stock assigned station before service
Keep work area clean and organized during and after shifts
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Communicate clearly with team members and front-of-house staff
Assist with prep work and restocking as needed
Work efficiently during busy service periods
